We provide a tracking number for every order! A note will be added to your order as soon as it has been shipped with a tracking link.

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days upon receiving the item to request a return and obtain a full refund.
You can send us a return request at contact@mechanicaps.com. All products must be in their original condition and not altered in any way before it is returned. Any damaged or defective products are subjected to a full refund. If your product is defective, please attach some photos, as well as the package that came with it as proof.
Please take note that the return shipping fees are to be paid entirely by the customer.

All the caps arrived in great condition within 3 weeks. The print seems to be good quality, been using them for 2 days so far, and I type a lot for work. The design is as cute as advertised, good quality print and even though they’re not transparent, the white keys let enough light through to use them without bright desk light.
